Von Diamonds provides complimentary shipping for all orders in the United States. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, it will ship using the following services:
- Orders below $350.00 ship FREE via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Orders over $350.00 will ship FREE via FedEx 2Day service.
- For security purposes, all orders that ship via FedEx require a signature for delivery.
- Expedited shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight® is available for an extra charge at checkout. Please note, electing expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to process your order and create your jewelry.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
Estimated Ship Date
Our jewelry is either in-stock or made-to-order. Check the product detail page after customization to see the Estimated Ship Date.
In-Stock Items
- In stock items ship within 2 business days.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 days before the order ships.
Made-to-Order Items
- Made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks to create and ship.
- The Estimated Ship Date is provided on the product detail page and throughout the order process.
- Orders typically ship on or before the estimated date, but some may ship slightly later depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 weeks before the order ships.
Shipping Policies
- A signature is required for all FedEx deliveries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; we only ship to physical addresses.
- For security purposes, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
- Once your order ships, we are unable to redirect your package to a different address.
- FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Von Diamonds. We will contact you to determine next steps.
- Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
