Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Von Diamonds, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality diamond jewelry. We guarantee that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free of manufacturing flaws in material and craftsmanship upon delivery. The optical properties of our lab-grown and natural diamonds will remain unchanged over time.

Our diamonds and jewelry meet the highest standards using superior materials. Each piece is carefully examined before being shipped.

We offer a Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all customers on any item purchased on our website. This warranty is non-transferable and valid from the purchase date.

While we stand behind our products, certain issues are not covered in our warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, damage, loss of stones, theft, improper care

• Fading or discoloration of metals from inadequate care such as hot tubs, perfumes, chemicals.

• Thinning prongs over time due to normal wear and tear causing stones to become loose

• The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

• Third party repairs or service performed on the jewelry.

If you experience a manufacturing issue, email us and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label to send us the item. We'll inspect it and if covered, repair or replace it free of charge before shipping back. If not covered, we'll email a repair quote for approval before doing any work and collecting payment.

We recommend that you purchase insurance for loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to (or loss of) center stones which are durable but not indestructible.

Repairs

• Due to normal wear, jewelry sometimes needs repairs and maintenance.

• We offer these services at our US facility and keep costs low while maintaining integrity.

• Third party repairs void the warranty.

• We can replace stones, tighten prongs, re-polish, re-plate, clean, and more. Just pay to ship it to us and we'll pay for return shipping!

Free Ring Resizing

If you need your ring resized within 30 days of purchase, we'll do it once for free! We’ll send you a shipping label to send it in for resizing, and we will ship it out to you for free! If we can't resize it, we'll inform you and you can choose to special order the correct size or have it shipped back unchanged.
