At Von Diamonds, we're committed to offering exceptional fine jewelry at unmatched value. To maintain our competitive pricing while ensuring your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items.
Your return period begins the day your order ships, giving you time to view the jewelry in daylight and evening lighting before you decide. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. We make returns simple with FedEx shipping labels. All returns are subject to a 100% store credit or refund with 10% restocking fee, this helps us maintain our exceptional pricing.
Our special orders and items from our specials collection offer only store credit returns, allowing you to find your perfect piece.
What You Need to Know

Items must not be worn, damaged, or altered.

Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by third parties are ineligible.

$20 Return Shipping Fee. A Return Authorization Number is required for every return.

Engraving fees ($25) are non-refundable.

Special orders and items from specials collection can be returned for store credit only.

This policy is subject to all applicable state and federal laws.
Need to cancel? Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 10% production fee to cover materials, labor, and processing costs that have been incurred.
How to Return an Order
1. Initiate Your Return

Start the request in our Self-Service Return Portal or contact Customer Service at customerservice@vondiamonds.com or 877-812-7273.

If the order is eligible, we will email you a FedEx label with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The label and RA are valid for seven (7) days.
2. Prepare Your Return

Gather the original packaging, the return packing slip, and any diamond certificates; $100 will be deducted from your refund for each certificate that is not returned.

Place the jewelry in its original jewelry box.

Put the jewelry box, return packing slip, and certificates inside a small inner carton. You can reuse your shipping box or pick up a free FedEx Small Box.

Place the sealed inner carton inside a free FedEx Medium Box, then seal the outer box and attach the FedEx shipping label.

For security reasons, please refrain from writing anything on the packaging that could be used to identify its content. Packages that arrive opened, resealed, or otherwise altered may be refused.
3. Ship Your Return

Drop your package off at your nearest FedEx staffed location. Von Diamonds and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations.

Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance.

Alternative shipping: You may use any carrier at your own expense. Ship insured, with tracking and signature required. Von Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Process Your Return
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect all items within seven (7) business days. Special Order items and pieces from special collections are eligible for store credit only; if this store credit is used for a redesign, that redesign becomes final sale.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method, except wire transfers which will be refunded by check. Credit card refunds may take up to one monthly billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
