Free FedEx Shipping

All items shipped to addresses in the United States are eligible for free FedEx 2Day® shipping from VON Diamonds.  For all deliveries, a signature is required. Each product is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. When you've finalized your jewelry, look at the product details page to see when it will ship. Your jewelry will be sent free of charge via FedEx 2Day® after your order is finished and prepared for delivery. All goods have expedited delivery options available at the time of purchase. Details are provided below.

In Stock Items 

  • Some of our best-selling products are in stock and ready to ship in just two (2) business days.
  • Your order will be delivered for free via FedEx Economy (international locations 2-5 days) or FedEx 2Day® (U.S. locations 2-5 days).
  • For a fee, orders placed in the United States can choose FedEx Priority Overnight® for expedited delivery. Please take note that it may take up to two (2) business days before your item ships after processing.
  • An email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

 Made-to-Order Items

  • Many of our products are Made-to-Order and take about two (2) weeks to make before being shipped to you.
  • An ESTIMATED Shipping Date will be given to you. Check the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order confirmation email to see the estimated shipping date. In compliance with manufacturing schedules and quality control, the majority of orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders can ship soon after.
  • Your order will be delivered for free via FedEx Economy (international locations 2-5 days) or FedEx 2Day® (U.S. locations 2-5 days).
  • For a fee, orders placed in the United States can choose FedEx Priority Overnight® for expedited delivery. Please take note that it may take up to two (2) business days before your item ships after processing.
  • An email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
  • The time it takes to design and process your jewelry order will not change if you choose FedEx Priority Overnight®.

 Shipping Policies

  • For all deliveries, a signature is required.
  • Only physical home addresses or business addresses are acceptable for shipping. We don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be updated after an order has been submitted.
  • We are unable to reroute the package to a different address once an order has been placed for any reason.
  • In general, FedEx will try three (3) times to deliver your package. It will be sent back to VON Diamonds following the third attempt. We'll be in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
  • Orders to APO/FPO locations will be forwarded to USPS for delivery.
  • After we deliver the goods to the carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to you, the customer.
  • Shipping delays brought on by severe weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or altered address information are not our responsibility.
