Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S. addresses) or UPS International Economy (international addresses 2-5 days) at no cost to you.
- Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.
- Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.
- Note: While UPS may be selected as the shipping method, in certain cases we may use UPS without prior notification.
Made-to-Order Items
- Made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks to create and ship.
- The Estimated Ship Date is provided on the product detail page and throughout the order process.
- Orders typically ship on or before the estimated date, but some may ship slightly later depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 weeks before the order ships.
Shipping Policies
- A signature is required for all FedEx deliveries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; we only ship to physical addresses.
- For security purposes, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
- Once your order ships, we are unable to redirect your package to a different address.
- FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Von Diamonds. We will contact you to determine next steps.
- Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date it ships to receive a refund, less any applicable fees.

- 10% Restocking Fee (Enjoy worry-free holiday shopping. Restocking fees are waived for orders placed from 11/21 through 12/26/25).

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 10% production fee to cover materials, labor, and processing costs that have been incurred.

As of now, the U.S. has imposed tariffs of up to 26% on lab grown diamonds and jewelry imported from India, and 30% on lab grown diamonds and jewelry imported from China.
Yes, they may. Starting August 27th, tariffs on imports from India could rise to as high as 50%, depending on final trade policy decisions. U.S. and China continue to have trade tensions.
U.S. retailers are now paying higher import duties, and many are passing those costs to customers through higher prices. Von Diamonds prices remain unchanged as we are moving our manufacturing to the U.S.
We’ve moved our manufacturing unit to the U.S., meaning our products are not subject to these import tariffs. In addition, we manage the entire supply chain in-house, from design to final setting, which keeps costs low and quality high. This means our prices will remain stable, even if tariffs increase to 50%.
No. Producing locally allows us to maintain tight quality control, offer fast turnaround times, and customize designs more easily, all while avoiding the extra costs associated with international shipping and tariffs.
With tariffs likely to rise in the coming months for most of the industry, prices from other retailers may increase soon. Von Diamonds’ prices will remain stable, but buying now ensures you can secure your piece before potential demand spikes or inventory pressure in the market.
