Von Diamonds provides complimentary shipping for all orders over $500.00 in the United States. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, it will ship using the following services:

• Enjoy FREE FedEx or UPS shipping on orders over $500; a $20 fee applies for orders below $500.

We need to advise that the $500 is for product only ( not Extend plans ) Thank you!

• We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

• For security purposes, all orders that ship via FedEx or UPS require a signature for delivery.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

Estimated Ship Date

Our jewelry is either in-stock or made-to-order. Check the product detail page after customization to see the Estimated Ship Date.

In-Stock Items

• Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within one (1) to six (6) business days.

• Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S. addresses) at no cost to you.

• Expedited delivery is available by choosing UPS Next Day Air® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.

• Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.

• Note: While UPS may be selected as the shipping method, in certain cases we may use UPS without prior notification.

Made-to-Order Items

• Made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks to create and ship.

• The Estimated Ship Date is provided on the product detail page and throughout the order process.

• Orders typically ship on or before the estimated date, but some may ship slightly later depending on manufacturing times and quality control.

• Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take 2 weeks before the order ships.

Shipping Policies

• A signature is required for all FedEx deliveries.

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; we only ship to physical addresses.

• We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

• For security purposes, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

• Once your order ships, we are unable to redirect your package to a different address.

• FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Von Diamonds. We will contact you to determine next steps.

• Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information. Multi-item orders ship together by default. If your order contains items with different estimated ship dates (for example, in-stock and made-to-order), we’ll ship everything in one shipment once all items are ready. If you need items shipped separately, please contact our support team—additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy (Update from 9th April 2026)
We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date it ships to receive a refund, less any applicable fees.
Fees that may apply:

• A $100 return fee applies per item before tax, waived for store credit refunds.

• Items marked or displayed as Clearance Sale are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, or price adjustments.

Need to cancel?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 10% production fee to cover materials, labor, and processing costs that have been incurred.
